This option is for you if you have commitments with other agencies but want to try our services. A Trasluz advisor will handle all advertising and conduct viewings to help you close a sale for your property. You would only pay our fees if we sell through one of our clients. If you sell through another agency or on your own, you won't pay us anything. This service does not include advice on expenses, pricing, or marketing until a reservation is finalized with one of our buyers.

Finding a tenant for long-term rentals, including listing on real estate portals, managing contacts, filtering tenants based on price, scheduling visits, and drafting the contract.
We handle publishing your listing on various portals and responding to all interested parties who inquire about your property. These potential tenants will undergo an initial screening before viewings are scheduled. As partners with the insurance company SEAG, you'll have the option to conduct a final screening and purchase rent default insurance with the best company on the market. We also take care of transferring ownership of utility services.
