What happens if I ultimately don't sell or buy?

It depends on the type of service contracted:

If you chose a pay-as-you-go package, you will only pay if the transaction is completed.
If you used individual services, you only pay for the services that have already been performed.

In either case, there are no minimum stays or penalties.
