For home sellers
Are all services online or can I meet with an advisor in person?
If you live in the Bay of Cádiz area, we can meet you at a location that's convenient for you. We typically visit our clients at their homes for their comfort. If you don't live in the area, we'd need to check availability, but we can make video calls or phone calls as often as you need to assist you.
Why are your prices so cheap compared to the competition?
Our philosophy differs from other real estate agencies, and we aim to offer a high-quality service at a fixed and competitive price. We don't want to be a commission-driven agency, and to that end, we've carefully analyzed the value and costs of our services, resulting in very reasonable prices for our clients.
Can I change a contracted service for another one?
Once a service is contracted, it is paid for and carried out by us in the shortest possible time, but if you contract a success-based service and want to improve it, you can ask us to review your case.
I'm not entirely sure what services I need, how do I know which one to choose?
You can contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp and tell us about your situation so we can advise you on the best option available. You may need to send us some documentation if you're unsure how to explain it clearly, but if you ultimately decide not to take out any services, you won't have to pay anything for the consultation.
If I have a property listed on my own and I don't want to hire any services initially, can I send it to you to see if you have any interested clients?
Yes, you can send us your listing details and we'll let you know if we have any clients whose search matches your property's characteristics. If so, you'll need to choose one of our marketing services, and we'll contact those clients to offer them your property. We have a large database of private clients and investors, so we're sure to have someone interested.
If I contract an exclusive service, can I sell my house to another client who doesn't come through you?
Yes, as the homeowner, you can sell your house to whomever you want at any time, but in that case, you would have to pay us the agreed-upon fee for the contracted service. If you have your own client, you can provide them with our contact information or wait until they complete their exclusive engagement.
And if I wait until the successful completion period of a service agreement ends and I sell my home to one of the clients who came through you, do I have to pay you?
If it is a client we have served and who has visited your property, you will have to pay the agreed service fees if they purchase within the first 6 months after the end of the service you have contracted.
Why are success-based services more expensive than the rest?
Because you only pay if we achieve our goal. Non-success-based services are paid upfront, making them more affordable and allowing you to save more money on the sale of your home.
For buyers
If I see a property you have listed and request a viewing, do I have to pay if I end up buying it?
If you've seen one of our listings and requested a visit, you won't have to pay anything except for the services you wish to contract. We'll provide you with all the necessary documentation for the purchase, as required by consumer protection regulations.
So, if I hire you for an active search service but I'm the one who asks to visit a property I've seen on your website and you haven't offered it to me, do I have to pay?
If we haven't offered you the property beforehand and you're the one who came to see it and requested a visit, you wouldn't have to pay except for any services you want to hire for the purchase.
What if you have offered me the property and I have visited it, but I buy it from the owner after your marketing assignment is over?
If you have visited a property we have offered you, we are entitled to charge for the active search service if you purchase the property within the first 6 months after the marketing agreement is completed. After that period, you will not have to pay anything.
Can you help me with financing for the purchase?
We have collaboration agreements with several professionals who will help you find the best financing even if you have a very difficult time.
